About our barbecue pitmaster concept

Our barbecue, The Red Little Smokehouse by J&R Manufacturing, is all wood-fired. She is our chef’s great love and burns on apple wood for a mild smoke flavor. Low, slow and full of flavors.

The dishes are not only a feast for the taste buds, but also a feast for the eyes. Of course, for all our arrangements we have a vegetarian variant and we take into account the specific dietary needs of our guests.
