The Patio is a spacious, multifunctional event venue (400 m²) featuring modern technology, natural daylight through a glass roof, a living vertical garden, and an outdoor terrace. It is ideal for plenary sessions, conferences, corporate events, and dinners. For groups larger than 450 guests, The Patio can be perfectly combined with The Farmhouse.

The Patio has a capacity of up to 450 guests and offers the following setups, among others:

  • Theater: 400 guests
  • Dinner: 220 guests
  • Cabaret: 120 guests
  • U-shape: 52 guests

The Farmhouse is a distinctive, multifunctional space with a high ceiling and authentic wooden beams. It is ideal for corporate or social events, high-end presentations, or a relaxed barbecue using a South African-style braai on the terrace in a rustic setting. The Farmhouse also features a large open fireplace and direct access to a spacious outdoor terrace.

The Patio has a capacity of up to 120 guests and offers the following setups, among others:

 

  • Reception/party: 120 guests
  • Theater: 100 guests
  • Dinner: 72 guests
  • Cabaret: 40 guests
  • U-shape: 34 guests

IJzeren Frits is a bold, relaxed space with various seating areas and the feel of a stylish private club. The ground floor is fully equipped for board meetings, workshops, training sessions, or small corporate gatherings. The vintage-style sports room on the first floor can be used as a multifunctional breakout space. The venue also includes a pantry with the option for a fully self-service arrangement.

IJzeren Frits has a capacity of up to 30 guests and offers the following setups, among others:

 

  • Theater: 30 guests
  • Cabaret: 24 guests
  • U-shape: 20 guests
  • Boardroom: 10 guests
