As of this week, the event spaces The Patio and The Farmhouse at Claus have become official wedding venues in the Municipality of Haarlemmermeer. This agreement offers couples a faster and more convenient process without administrative tasks and costs. Over the past few years, several weddings have already taken place at Claus, and several ceremonies are scheduled for this year.
Authentic Location
The Patio is located in the former courtyard of the Mentzhoeve farm, offering a spacious room with natural daylight from the glass roof, a vertical garden with real plants, and an outdoor terrace. The Farmhouse was formerly one of the stables of the Mentzhoeve farm and is an intimate and characterful space, featuring a high ceiling and authentic beams. The room has a private terrace where the ceremony can also take place. The Farmhouse is adjacent to The Patio, making it possible to combine the spaces.

Getting Married at the Edge of Haarlemmermeerse Bos
The Patio and The Farmhouse are located at Claus on Bosweg in Hoofddorp, at the edge of Haarlemmermeerse Bos. Claus is part of the Claus Park Collection, which also includes the official wedding venue Papa’s Beach House and the adjacent Courtyard by Marriott hotel. The hotel offers beautiful bridal suites, and various package deals are available.
