Claus Company has been awarded the Haarlemmermeer Entrepreneurs Award 2019. The award was presented by Haarlemmermeer alderman and jury chair Ap Reinders during the MeerBusiness Entrepreneurs Gala. Director Rick Claus accepted this award.
The jury conducted thorough research on all nominees and visited the locations for a presentation. At Claus Company, the jury was welcomed by the management and general managers of Claus, Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport, and Papa’s Beach House. Rick Claus stated, “For us, winning this award is a celebration of the past and a motivation for the future.”
Thirteenth Edition
The award was presented for the thirteenth time. Other nominees included Hartgerink & Klomp, QTC Recruitment, and MNP Flowers.
The expert jury consisted of Ap Reinders (alderman of Economy & Entrepreneurship and jury chair), Susan van Os (Gopisingh Van Os Notaries), Mieke Millenaar (director/owner of Millenaar Consulting Group), Christian Hartsuiker (lawyer and director of SWDV Lawyers), Lex Vonk (director of AM Match), Camiel Lokkerbol (partner at JAN© Accountants & Tax Advisors B.V.), Ard van Berkel (manager Large Businesses at Rabobank Regio Schiphol), Paul van den Brink (director of Master Totaalinrichting B.V. and winner in 2014), and Dick Hulsebosch (chairman of the Haarlemmermeer Entrepreneurs Platform).
